Cork Based Call Centre Hopeful It Will Be Able To Redeploy 250 Staff

It comes after Telus International lost a contract with a client

 

Voxpro, which is now owned by Telus International, lost a contract with a firm which means the work the specific team was performing will no longer be required 

The Irish Examiner reports that Telus is working to offer affected team members a transition to other areas of the business 

Voxpro was founded by Dan and Linda Kiely in Cork in 1995 and employed over 6,000 people worldwide before it was sold in 2016 to the Canadian Call centre Telus
