Cork Based Mother Says It's Vital Her Son Has Access To Medicinal Cannabis

Noreen O'Neill, whose 22 month old son Michael, has a rare disease that causes him to suffer up to 20 seizures a day

The medicinal cannabis licence system is a failure

That's according to Cork based  Noreen O'Neill, whose 22 month old son Michael who has a rare disease that causes him to suffer up to 20 seizures a day. 

Noreen is from Kerry but has moved to Bishopstown in order to access specialist medical services for Michael.. 
He is currently being treated with CBD oil, but Noreen says he will need access to medicinal cannabis

She is one of 50 campaigners who will climb Croagh Patrick in Mayo this weekend to raise awareness of their situation

Speaking to RedFM News this morning Noreen says it's vital that her son is is allowed access to medicinal cannabis.
