Cork Based Mother Travels To Barcelona To Access Medicinal Cannabis For Her Son

Noreen O'Neill was refused access to THC for her 2 year old son, Michael
Noreen O'Neill fears her son Michael's condition will worsen over Christmas and says he now needs a form of medicinal cannabis called THC to stop his seizures.
Noreen, who is from Kerry but living in Wilton, was refused a license to access the treatment which means she runs the risk of having the medication confiscated on her return to Ireland.
