Cork Brothers win Silver Medal for Team Ireland

Cork Brothers have made history at the Rio Olympics this afternoon.
Rowers Paul and Gary O'Donovan from Skibereen in West Cork have won SILVER in the final of the men's lighweight double sculls.
The Cork duo were just pipped at the post by the French Duo of Jeremie Azou and Pierre Houin.
It's the first medal for Team Ireland at the Rio Games, and our first ever Olympic medal in the rowing event.
Thousands of people watched the brothers win the silver in their home town of Skibbereen, where celebrations are expected to last until they return home.
President Michael D Higgins congratulated the duo on their win - saying they'd captured Ireland's imagination with their skill, determination and positive outlook.
Gary O'Donovan said they've been amazed at the support during the games.
