Cork Business owner calls for clarification on Events Centre delay
A city centre business owner has called for clarification on the timeline for the construction of the Events Centre.
The €53 million project was due to be completed by December 2017 however concern has been expressed once again about the lack of activity on the former Beamish and Crawford site.
Sean McCarthy of Soho Bar and Restaurant is now calling on the BAM and Live Nation to issue an update on the development.
Speaking on the Neil Prendeville Show on Cork's RedFM Sean says uncertainty is creating fear among city centre traders:
