Cork car dealership convicted of selling a clocked car

The National Consumer Agency has been investigating the practice of car clocking - and has secured a conviction against a Cork dealership for the sale of a clocked car - along with a compensation payment of 1,750 euro for the buyer. Damien Hayes Car Sales of Kanturk was convicted in June for selling clocked cars- and, had to pay a compensation to the consumer, while Healy car sales in Glanworth was identified by the NCA as selling or offering for sale a clocked car.
