Cork City Council Deploy Snow Ploughs For Major Routes

Cork City Council have deployed snow ploughs in the city centre to clear the main routes.
The advise again from gardaí is not to travel on the roads where possible. It's understood cars are now getting stuck in the city and an ambulance has become stuck on McCurtain St.
Heavy snow showers are being experienced in the city this morning and roads are extremely dangerous.
Speaking to RedFM News Sgt Peter Murphy of Anglesea St Garda Station says they're trying to clear main routes at the moment:
