Cork City Council Outlines Collection Points For Christmas Trees

Council is advising that anyone found dumping trees at other locations is liable to a fine
Cork City Council is reminding people who are preparing to take down their Christmas decorations that they can dispose of their tree at a number of collection points across the city.
Householders can deposit their unwanted trees free of charge at the following sites from today
At the Civic Amenity Recycling Centre at Kinsale Road, Ballinlough Park, Clashduv Park in Togher, in Montenotte at the green area at the junction of Murmount Road and Iona Road, and the green area adjacent to Sam Allen Sports Complex at Knockfree Ave, Gurranabraher.
The council are advising that anyone found dumping trees at other locations is liable to a fine.
