Cork City Schools Sports Taking Place At CIT Today

Cork City Schools sports are being held at CIT throughout today
10,000 people are expected to descend on the facility so Gardai are advising motorists of road closures and diversions which will be in place around CIT from 8am this morning
The event starts at 10am and finishes at 4pm with the first buses expected in the area from 8am this morning
The bus set down area is at Rossa Avenue and Gardai will be on duty diverting traffic and managing traffic flows.
The guards are asking listeners to try and avoid the Bandon Road Roundabout, Curraheen Road and Model Farm Road with delays expected from 8am to 4pm
