Cork County Board Asked To Consider Residents’ Passes For People Who Live Near Páirc Uí Chaoimh

They're also being asked to consider the operation of a shuttle bus or park and ride service to and from the stadium
The newly revamped stadium hosted two All Ireland quarter finals over its opening weekend which was watched by 60,000 fans and while the traffic management plan was praised some locals have raised issues with elements of the plan.
The Irish Examiner reports that residents of Copper Hill, Crab Lane, Maryville, Blackrock and Ballintemple villages, were concerned at not being allowed access to the roads leading to their houses, which had been closed off by gardaí during the games..
As a result the County Board is being asked to consider the introduction of a car pass for householders in the area and the operation of a shuttle bus or park and ride service to and from the stadium
