Cork Deaf Enterprises confirms that their collectors were working in Carrigaline last night

The charity says they launched a mobile phone refurbishment drive and their collectors were going door-to-door
Cork Deaf Enterprises has moved to clarify that volunteers from their charity were collecting in Carrigaline last night
The charity says they launched a mobile phone refurbishment drive and their collectors were going door-to-door last night in Ballincollig and Carrigaline collecting old or used mobiles and laptops.
Confusion arose after another organisation for the deaf, The Cork Deaf Association, said their collectors were not out last night despite calls from Carrigaline residents who said they had donated.
RedFM News has learned however that the collectors in question were from Cork Deaf Enterprises and the organisation say they would have been carrying I.D and a brochure about the collection.
