Cork Family Must Decide Whether To Leave The Country Voluntarily Or Be Forcibly Deported To India 

The Singh family have been living in direct provision in the city since 2017 and have recently had their second and final appeal against their deportation order dismissed. 

20 year old Sandeep says her two brothers Gurcharan and Gursewak and their parents are afraid to return to the Punjab province due to crime rates, political corruption and religious violence. 

A petition calling on the Justice Minster Charlie Flanagan to allow the family to stay in Ireland has over 650 signatures.
