Cork farming fatalities spark safety call

Farmers are being urged to make safety a top priority.. The joint call has come from the Ministers for Agriculture and Jobs along with the HSA and IFA in the wake of the tragic number of fatal accidents that have occurred on farms in recent weeks Just last week a toddler died after he was knocked down by a tractor on a farm on the outskirts of Killeagh... The little boy's death brings to 11 the number of farm fatalities this year with two of those fatalities occuring on Cork farms.
