Cork gardai increase patrols for Arthur's Day

Gardai in the city are increasing their patrols for Arthur's Day tomorrow. Last year's event has been described as a disaster with 40 drink-related cases admitted to the Mercy University Hospital. Various groups have slammed Diageo for creating a marketing promotion aimed at getting young people to drink. Gardai have reviewed their security measures this year.
