Cork gears up for St. Patrick's Day parade
Cork is set to come alive this weekend for the St Patrick's Festival
Up to 3,000 community particpants and floats from all over the county are set to celebrate our national festival in style in the city.
The Parade begins at the bottom of the South Mall at 1pm on Friday and will wind its way along the Grand Parade, led by Grand Marshal, internationally acclaimed Chef Rachel Allen.
Cork's RedFM is media sponsor to the parade which has "Cork - A city of community, culture and commerce" as it's theme.
Speaking to RedFM News these listeners outlined what they're expecting on the day.
