Cork House Prices Set To Increase In 2018

Average house prices in Cork city are set to rise by 5% this year, and in the county that figure stands at 7.5%.

It's believed the lack of second hand supply in the market is one of the main driving factors behind the increases. 

The price of the average three-bed semi in Cork City rose by 5.1% to €310,000 in the last 12 months, elsewhere in the county a 12% increase in the same type of house was recorded. The average price of a  three-bed semi in the county is now €151,250.
