Cork Hurling Team Present Cheque For Over €74,000 To Marymount Hospital And Hospice

Each member of the team and management took part in a solo-run challenge during lockdown in an effort to raise €50,000.
The initiative was led by Cork corner forward Robbie O'Flynn whose mother works at Marymount.
The hospital, which needs to raise €3.5 million every year to keep the service running, has had to cancel its annual fundraisers and events.
Head of fundraising at Marymount Paula McGovern has paid tribute to the team saying their support has been a fantastic boost.
