Cork Juvenile detained for assault and false imprisonment
The identity of a 17 year old detained for assault and false imprisonment, was revealed by a Judge at Cork Circuit Criminal Court today, because he believed it was in the public interest.
Kevin Buckley from Shanakiel Place, Blarney Road, Cork pleaded guilty to falsely imprisoning a woman and assaulting her at an apartment complex when he was just 15 years old.
