Cork man fights back after online abuse
Paul Moore has lost 7 stone since a photo of him went viral.
A Cork man has admitted that he contemplated taking his own life after the abuse he suffered online over his weight.
26 year old Paul Moore says he hit his lowest point after a photo of him, topless at a music festival in Australia went viral and thousands of vile comments about his weight were posted online.
Paul, who was 20 stone at the time, admits that he was devastated when he read the nasty remarks and it plunged him into a dark place.
However when he came home to Cork, he managed to turn his life around by shedding 7 stone and is on course to hit his target weight of 12 stone.
Speaking on the Neil Prendeville Show Paul opened up about his suicidal thoughts.
