Cork Motorist Fined For Travelling To Offaly To Meet His Partner On Valentine's Day
The man was one of a number of people fined for travelling outside their 5km
It's understood gardaí issued the fine to the man who failed to provide a reason that would require essential travel outside of his 5km when stopped at a check point in Tullamore.
Travel for non-essential reasons is not permitted under the current Level 5 restrictions.
