Cork Road Safety Plan released today
Efforts are underway to tackle the rising death toll on Cork roads.
A recent Road Safety Authority report shows that Cork has the highest number of fatalies on the roads - with 17 people killed since the start of this year
Gardai, the City and County Councils, along with the RSA and the HSE have come together to launch the Cork Road Safety Strategy which will monitor road use in the Cork area, in an effort to reduce fatal and serious injury collisions over the next five years...
