Cork Scientist Discovers New Human Organ

A Cork scientist has discovered a new human organ.

The 'mesentery' was accurately identified by Professor Calvin Coffey of University Hospital Limerick.

It's a fold of skin which attaches other organs like the stomach and small intestine to the abdomen.

Although doctors already knew about the 'mesentery' it was thought it was made up of separate pieces.

However according to the Irish Daily Mail Professor Coffey has shown it's one continuous organ.
