Cork City has the highest rent increase among Ireland's cities according to the latest report for daft.ie
Students in Cork are set to face difficulties finding accommodation as rents increase and supply tightens in the housing market.
That's according to the latest report from Daft.ie which shows that among year on year changes in rents, Cork City has the highest increase among Ireland's cities - up 10.4% with Waterford showing the lowest at 8.2%.
