Cork Traders Employ Private Security Firm To Combat Anti Social Behaviour

Concern has been expressed by publicans in the city centre about the rising number of incidents of anti-social behaviour in the area.
Traders located in the surrounds of Daunt Square have signed a petition calling for a solution to the problem which they plan to present to gardaí in Angelsea St.
It follows an incident which took place just outside the Roundy Bar off Daunt Square on Sunday night which has been described by the pub owner as a brawl.
Speaking on the Neil Prenedeville Show on Cork's RedFM Dave of the Woodford Bar & Restaurant says they have had to employ private security:
