Cork University Hospital is the most over crowded hospital in the country for the second day in a row.
The figures from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation show there are 41 patients waiting for a bed on trolleys at the hospital today compared to 60 yesterday.
Nationally 396 people are without a bed today, an increase of 23% on the same day last year.
10 people are on trolleys at the Mercy University Hospital and 1 patient is waiting on a bed at Bantry General.
