Jason Cierans was knocked unconscious during an assault outside a bar in the Bondi Junction area of Sydney on August 22nd.
He was in an induced coma after he suffered a brain injury following the assault and spent several weeks in hospital before his discharge last week..
The 29 year old is now recovering slowly as he recuperates at his Sydney home with his family around him..
Speaking to RedFM News Jason's mother Stephanie says he is making slow but steady progress.
