Cork Woman Speaks Out About Her Struggle With Debt

She says it was the most frightening time of her life
A Cork woman has spoken out about her experience with financial debt and says it was the most frightening time in her life.
It follows recent figures which shows that the Cork Money Advice and Budgeting Service is the busiest in the country.
More than 1100 new clients used the Cork service last year and the office says while economic recovery is being felt by some, thousands of families Leeside remain in financial worry.
Cork woman Ann struggled with her finances for many years and says she often had no food in the house as she had to repay money lenders.
Her fortune turned around when became a client of MABS and she says her biggest regret is that her embarassment prevented her from seeking help sooner.
