Cork's Capitol building has been bought for just over €45 million
It was bought by German property company Real IS
The site had been acquired by John Cleary's JCD group for €6 million euro in 2015.
According to a report in the Suday Times Real IS bought the site on behalf of a German pension fund and last year bought office blocks in Dublin for more than €50 million.
The Capitol opened it's doors to the public this year and is home to Life Style Sports, Facebook owned Oculus and Alien Vault.
