Cork's Last Echo Boy Back At His Post After Assault
David Hogan has been selling the paper outside the GPO for the last 40 years
David, who has been selling the paper outside the GPO for the last 40 years and is physically disabled, was assaulted yesterday by a man who first tried to sit in his walker before leaving, then returned a short time later and knocked David to the ground.
The popular newspaper seller who is in his 50's was not seriously injured in the incident and a man in his 40's has been arrested in relation to the incident.
Speaking to RedFM News David thanked staff at the surrounding shops and the GPO for helping him and says he won't let an incident like this negatively impact on him
