Cork's Winthrop Arcade will be at full occupancy for the first time in ten years when a mystery tenant moves in at the end of the month.
That according to one retailer who says the last of the 9 available retail units is believed to be let to a chocolatier.
Winthrop Arcade has been trading in Cork since 1926, and is one of the oldest shopping Malls in the country.
Traders say they are delighted that the arcade is at full occupancy, which they say is a sure sign the economy is improving Leeside.
