Council Workers Asked To Back Industrial Action Over An Evaluation Scheme For Admin Staff
Their union, Forsa, claims workers doing the same jobs are being paid different rates by individual councils
The dispute was heard in the Labour Court last year, but Forsa claims the representative body for councils refused to appear again.
The union says services were only maintained after the financial crisis because workers constantly took on responsibilities above their pay grades.
