County Council says it lacks funds to build new town in Cork
Pressure is to come to bear on the Government to fast-track the construction of a new town in Cork to help ease the housing crisis.
5,000 homes are planned for the new town which is due to be developed around 4km from Blarney however the County Council says it lacks the resources to get the plan off the ground.
