Courtmacsherry Lifeboat called into action
The Courtmacsherry Lifeboat was called out on Sunday afternoon after a wind surfer was spotted struggling to get back to shore.
A member of the public raised the alarm at around 4.20pm after seeing him in difficulty off Coolmain.
The lifeboat went to the man’s assistance.
However, the wind surfer managed to make it back to shore and did not require medical attention
