Crane Figures Highlight Divide Between Capitol & Other Cities
There are just 7 cranes visible in Cork sites
Figures on the number of cranes visible in the skylines across the country highlight the divide between Dublin and the rest of Ireland.
The Sunday Business Post reports that Just seven cranes are on building sites in Cork compared to 123 on sites in Dublin
While there are just two in Limerick and Galway.
The Construction Industry Federation of Ireland says at this stage, there should be far greater construction and development taking place outside Dublin.
