CSPCA Launch Investigation Into Death Of Dog In Cork Park

An investigation is underway after a dog was found hanging in a Cork park last weekend.
The discovery was made by a local man who was walking through the IDA Business Park on Model Farm Road.
Garda were called to the scene and the CSPCA have since confirmed that the Staffordshire Bull Terrier died by hanging.
A search is underway for the owners of the dog as it was unchipped and did not have any collar with identification.
Speaking on the Neil Prendeville Show on Cork's RedFM Vincent Cashman of the CSPCA says they're hoping to examine CCTV footage but in the meantime they're appealing to the public for information:
