CUH blood test system glitch

Doctors in Cork are looking for answers as to how the blood testing system in Cork University Hospital came to a halt. On August 16th the blood testing computerized system came to a halt in CUH. GP's have described it as the "biggest failure" in the laboratory process that they can remember.
