Data stolen from the HSE could be used by criminals to scam patients for years

That's the warning from cyber security experts on the day the hackers said they would publish more data if their ransom demand was not met
The Government has said that it will not pay a ransom as it may encourage further attacks.
It's urging anyone who suspects they are victims of the attack to contact Gardaí.
Tech Correspondent Jess Kelly says there are precautions people can take.
"In terms of things you can do, take a bit of time today and over the next few days to do things like enabling two factor authentication on your social media, and your email account. It's basically a second layer of security and it means you'll be alerted if someone does target you, also be very careful when opening email attachments or links, the advice is not to click on anything that does not look legitimate."
