Decision To Allow Retrial Of Killers Of Irish Man Jason Corbett Is To Be Appealed By North Carolina's Attorney General

The 39 year old from Limerick died after a violent assault at his family home in the US state in 2015
His wife, Molly Martens, and her father Tom were convicted of his murder two years later.
Earlier this month, they won an appeal seeking a retrial.
Legal papers filed yesterday show North Carolina's attorney general has now requested a formal stay on the decision.
