Department Of Health Will Be Investigated By The "Rapid Review" Of Cervical Check IT Glitch  

Patient advocate Stephen Teap from Cork says he's been assured by the inquiry's chair, Prof Briain Mac Craith, that the department will be included.

The review was launched after a medical lab in the US failed to send smear test results to 800 women here after a problem with its computer system.
