Dept Of Education Urged To Tell Students If Their Leaving Cert Results Were Wrongly Downgraded By Next Week

Major errors in the system were revealed earlier this week
Around 6,500 students got a lower grade than they should have due to an error with the calculated grades system.
The Education Minister's admitted another 6,500 may have received a higher mark than they were entitled to.
Reuban Murray, president of the Irish Second Level Students Union, says the department needs to urgently make contact with those who've been downgraded:
