Developer calls for return to building of family homes

One of the country's best known developers says Ireland needs to go back to building houses that people can afford.

Cork property developer Michael O'Flynn has warned that spiralling construction costs are blocking the construction of affordable homes.

O’Flynn Construction was founded in 1978 and has become one of the leading developers of residential and commercial property in Cork. 

Michael O'Flynn is now calling for VAT rates and other costs to be reduced..
