Development of Capitol Cinema site to be discussed

Agriculture Minister Simon Coveney is due to meet with John Cleary Developments today to discuss plans for the former Capitol Cinema site. The developer has purchased the site which is set for a 100 million euro revamp. Included in the plans are retail units and an office block which will employee around 300 people. The project - which will link the Grand Parade and Patrick Street - is also to feature a food related innovation centre.
