Doctors "shake buckets" for CUH Children's Unit
Doctors, nurses, parents of sick children and students are all out shaking buckets today in an effort to raise money for the Children's Unit at Cork University Hospital.. Up to 300 volunteers are selling the Cork Visa at over 45 collections points today in an event which is part of Cork Independence Day.. CUH Charity is the official charity partner of Cork Rebel Week and all procceds from the sale of the visa will go towards the much-needed refurbishment of the outdated and cramped Childrens Unit.
