Dunkettle Interchange Upgrade Delay Compared To National Children's Hospital Fiasco

A construction organisation is comparing the delay to the Dunkettle Interchange upgrade to the National Children's Hospital fiasco.

Transport Infrastructure Ireland and the contractor have failed to agree a price for the project.

Last year Sisk won the contract for the upgrade, which was initially budgeted for 100 million euro, but it's now going back to tender.

More than 100,000 vehicles use the interchange every day.
