€1,000 reward offered to catch burglars

The owner of a house in Fermoy that has been broken into twice in a two week period has put up a €1,000 reward to catch the burglars. Jim Duggan has appealed for the public's support to help catch the burglar who robbed his house in recent weeks. The house is being rented to a young couple but it has been broken into twice on February 21st and March 7th and the thieves have made off with everything of value to them. Jim told the Neil Prendeville Show that the young woman who has been living in the house can't sleep since it happened and he outlined what was taken in the robberies.
