€80 million housing plan in store for two Cork suburbs
184 homes are to be built between Kerry Pike and Carrigrohane
Cork developer Michael O'Flynn will carry out the construction with US backer Avenue Capital.
26 housing units are to be developed at Steeple Woods in Carrigrohane and a further 144 homes are to be allocated at Clonlara in Kerry Pike.
The Sunday Business Post reports O'Flynn has completed the construction of more than 200 house last year and intends to build more in the coming year.
