A Cork man has died following an attack in Australia just before Christmas.
Charlie McCarthy from Aghada died from head injuries in hospital after he was stabbed on the 23rd of December while waiting for a taxi home in Perth with his wife Nicole and a friend
Charlie's brother Daniel and other family members travelled from their home in Aghada to Perth over the Festive Period to be at his bedside before he was taken off life support
