ECB has cut it's key interest rate
There's a nice pre-Christmas present for those on tracker mortgages. The European Central Bank has cuts its key interest rate by a quarter of one percent. It leaves the rate at a new historic low of just zero point two five percent. Business anaylst Ian Guider says it means those with tracker mortgages will see their repayments fall from next month.
