The Education Minister has admitted that the Government got it wrong with the introduction of a flawed student grants payment system last year... SUSI - Or Student Universal Support Ireland - was marred by months of delays in issuing grants. Thousands of students across the city and county were left without their grants which forced colleges and students unions to give out rent and food money to help struggling students..
