Emergency Services Respond To Housefire In Glanmire Overnight

The fire broke out at around 1.20am this morning at Barnavara Hill in the town.

Emergency services responded to a call out for a blaze in Glanmire overnight.

The fire broke out at around 1.20am this morning at Barnavara Hill in the town.

Fire units from Ballyvolane, Anglesea Street and Midleton responded to the call out - while gardai were also on scene.

It took crews 2 hours to get blaze under control for all services to be back at base 3.20am.
